Kamala Omits “Right To Life” While Invoking Declaration of Independence During Pro-Abortion Speech

Biden’s VP directly cited the Declaration of Independence — before going on to misquote it.

Vice President Kamala Harris noticeably omitted the “right to life” phrase while invoking the Declaration of Independence during a speech commemorating the Roe v. Wade federal court case.

Speaking at an event Sunday in Tallahassee, Fla., celebrating the 50th anniversary of the landmark SCOTUS case overturned last year, Harris directly cited the Declaration of Independence – before going on to misquote it.

“A promise we made in the Declaration of Independence that we are each endowed with the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” Harris told a crowd.

The Declaration of Independence actually states, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

While some wrote off the VP’s flub to her air-headed ditziness, the omission especially during the pro-abortion announcement was not lost on those who value the right to life, with many inferring the omission implied Democrats are the party of death, while others took notice she also omitted a phrase about God.

Kamala’s remembrance ceremony comes after the Supreme Court overturned the Roe v. Wade decision last year repealing federal abortion protections and turning decisions on abortions back over to the individual states.
