Maddow asked Hillary if she had a remedy for Trump’s “offensive” rhetoric. Clinton immediately began lamenting about the media, claiming that the press isn’t covering Trump as they should and that they need to consistently remind the public how dangerous Trump is for both the country and the world.
Clinton then suggested something drastic—calling for civil or criminal charges against Americans engaging in what she referred to as political propaganda, implying this would act as a deterrent. The controversial suggestion quickly went viral on social media.

With Kamala Harris struggling against Trump’s energized MAGA movement, the left has endorsed various forms of intimidation to silence those critical of their policies. Recently, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed three bills aimed at banning AI-generated social media content, especially during election cycles, to combat disinformation. One of these bills specifically bans AI content depicting political figures or candidates.
Conservatives were quick to condemn Newsom, calling him a traitor and a fool for this assault on free speech.
