Trump Reacts After White House Says No Visitor Logs Exist at Biden Delaware Home

Former President Donald Trump is calling out President Biden, the FBI and the DOJ for reported bias in responding to reports of classified documents.

Trump maintains that the “top secret” documents reportedly found in an office at his Mar-a-Lago home were declassified in a secure room that had been inspected by DOJ officials and that he was cooperating with requests from the National Archives office.

The DOJ accuses Trump of not complying with “multiple requests” from the National Archives office, which forced the raid on his home.

Trump claims the August raid on his home by 32 FBI officers was a violation of his Fourth Amendment rights. In August, agents searched Trump’s office and various areas of his home, including his son Barron’s bedroom and undergarment drawers belonging to his wife Melania.

Trump also accuses the FBI of staging pictures to imply guilt and unlawfully releasing material to the press.

The White House claimed they did not know about the pending raid but has since had to walk back that statement.

Though special agent Kim Campbell said in a court declaration that the Secret Service did not maintain visitor logs for former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, Trump has made an issue of Sunday’s declaration by the White House that visitor logs are not available for President Biden’s home in Delaware (for the time he served as vice president).

Visitor logs are of interest to many because Hunter Biden was a resident at the home, his business ties to China and Ukraine are under investigation, and recent financial disclosures indicate the Penn Biden facility received more than $22 million in donations from anonymous Chinese donors.

Trump’s criticism regarding visitor logs follows requests from House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO) for visitor logs “for all visitors to Mr. Biden’s Wilmington home.”

The Daily Wire reported the White House has “attempted to limit any possible fallout over the discovery” and is “downplaying” the importance of the documents — depicting them as not “particularly sensitive” and “not of high interest to the intelligence community.”

President Biden is said to have launched the opening salvo in the escalating war of words regarding classified documents. While speaking about Trump in a September “60 Minutes” interview, Biden said, “How does that happen? How could anyone be that irresponsible.”

Today, Trump mocked how classified documents were found in Biden’s garage, characterizing the garage door as “flimsy” and claiming the building was “unlocked, and unsecured.”

Trump added: “[The garage] is one of seemingly many places where HIGHLY CLASSIFIED documents are stored (in a big pile on the damp floor).”

Trump also noted that security film is evidently not available at Biden’s Delaware home, whereas FBI agents seized security video from his home in Florida. Trump wrote:

“Mar-a-Lago is a highly secured facility, with Security Cameras all over the place and watched over by staff & our great Secret Service. I have INFO on everyone!”

One of the latest developments in the Biden-gate affair is around claims that Republicans “planted” classified documents in multiple locations to incriminate President Joe Biden.
